Key Configurations

1. Sandblasting. Brown fused alumina as sandblasting abrasive has moderate hardness, high packing density, no free silica, better than the main, good toughness, it is the ideal "green" type sandblasting material, widely used in the field of aluminum, copper profile glass, washed jeans, precision molds and so on.
2.Grinding: Brown fused alumina is a grinding grade abrasive used in the free grinding of picture tubes, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lenses, glass for watches, crystal glass, jade and other fields, and is widely used in the domestic advanced grinding materials.
3.Resin bonded abrasives. Brown fused alumina has suitable color, good hardness, toughness, proper particle type and edge retention, used for resin bonded abrasives with ideal effect.

About Silicon Carbide Materials

Black silicon carbide is produced in a resistance furnace at high temperatures using quartz sand and petroleum coke as the main raw materials. Its hardness is between fused aluminum oxide and synthetic diamond. Its mechanical strength is higher than that of
fused alumina. It is brittle and sharp, and to some extent electrically and thermally conductive.

Abrasives made from it are suitable for the processing of cast iron, non-ferrous metals, rocks, leather, rubber, etc. They are also widely used as refractory materials and metallurgical additives.
