Fiberglass Mesh for Grinding Wheels
Fiberglass mesh for reinforcing grinding wheels consists of high-twist fiberglass yarns woven into a mesh and then coated with phenolic and epoxy resins. The tensile strength of fiberglass grinding wheel mesh is very high.
The fiberglass grinding wheel mesh is then stamped into a fiberglass mesh disc. The fiberglass mesh discs are laminated with black paper, or plastic film, or plain mesh without laminated film.
By reinforcing the fiberglass mesh discs, the finished grinding wheel will have excellent heat resistance, high speed cutting and greater structural strength.
