The sharpness and friability of these silicon carbide discs combined makes these sanding discs extremely effective at grinding on non-ferrous materials such fiberglass (boat hulls), quartz, terrazzo, concrete, marble, stone, brick, limestone, quartz, masonry, porcelain, as well as enamels and hooves. However, BHA semi flex vulcanized fiber backed discs truly shine when they are used to remove epoxy, glue, sealants, urethane, rubberized coatings, or mastics.
